 No plastic surgery, a three step skincare routine that I’m guilty of not following really well. No facials, no fancy tasering of anything, Botox or dermatology visits. Didn’t use eye cream except for the last few years.

Healthy living, plant based eating, no sugar, no alcohol. Yes, wine counts.

No late nights, up at 6am and asleep by 10pm, leeway for 7 and 11, for flexibility.

It’s good to have a routine but no need to be robotic about it.

Meditate to stress manage, exercise 3 times a week.

Had cystic acne, was obese and lethargic, saggy skin with loads of wrinkles, horrifying immune and digestive issues (think not poop for a week and fall sick every few months), was 25 and looked 45.

Try hard to retain your cheek fat, looking gaunt with sunken cheeks and hollowed eyes will age you by 10 years.

Baby fats are good fats, it means collagen production is ample. Got to have bouncy skin, need to stretch and rebound, soft and moisturised.

No overworking, work life balance, need to be happy and enjoy your life, a sense of fulfilment via meaningful purpose driven work will push back on burn out.

NO starvation dieting, only intuitive eating.

10% fat content, solid muscle from head to toe, superior physical strength, 25 year old productivity levels and mental clarity.
