A list of new things to practice daily in order for it to become a habit
No phone for the first 30 minutes I wake up.
Deep breaths or deep stretching before going to work.
Only listening and watching things that motivate, inspire, learn, valuable for my mindset
Saying no to things and practicing self control
Practicing and learning how to focus
Practicing and challenging myself to do something different each day, no matter how small
Practicing and learning discipline
Practicing self-care, and spending more quality alone time (in order to not feel like it's a negative thing)
Learning and practicing the art of Slowing Down
No phone or TV for the last 30 minutes of bedtime
